"The best things happen while you're dancing..." —Irving Berlin

Welcome to the site of O.J.'s Big Band Sound, under the direction of Dr. Wayne Pegram. This 21-piece swing band performs public and private engagements throughout the year around the Cumberland Plateau region and Middle Tennessee.

The next dance is Saturday, December 12, 2009, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m at the NEW Fairfield Glade Community Center in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. Call 931-484-3722 for tickets. Click here for the tentative big band set list for December 12, 2009.

Dance clubs and classes are welcome. Tables seat 10, and early reservations are advised. Soft drinks and light snacks are provided. Other beverages and party foods are permitted, and can be brought into the facility by attendees.

Come ready to dance! Remember, as Mr. Berlin penned, and Danny Kaye sang in the classic film White Christmas... "even guys with two left feet, come out all right if the girl is sweet, if by chance their cheeks should meet while dancing."
